Chipotle Mexican Grill

Used to be my favorite chipotle location in the Akron canton area. Within the last 3 months something has changed here. I have had 2 different mobile orders completely made wrong. They were nice about it and replaced it, but it did happen twice two weeks apart. I now go inside to order. Today there was 4 people ahead of me, they took one order then stopped taking orders for 10 minutes! The staff started sweeping the floor, some went and cooked, and one was just standing by the fountain drinks watching everyone clean. I went at lunch! Then someone came back to the counter and resumed taking orders with no explanation on why the pause. Additionally, when she was wrapping my burrito it ripped and rice started falling out. She immediately put it in the tinfoil and put it in the bag. I have given this location many chances but I will not return here. All the workers look sad.

The staff is so negative most of the time. I understand being busy or tired, but when I worked at chipotle, I’d I ever greeted a customer with a frown or an attitude I swear I would get scolded for that. The evening crew is the negative ones. They all seem like they don’t want to work and they don’t care about much. Sour cream all over the bowl lid, told me they had fajitas and my partner that they were out, but then gave a customer a little later some fajitas. The past few times we had been in there it’s been messy, the trash is overflowing, there’s no napkins, and the drink station has had something different out of order every time we come back. From someone who worked at a chipotle, and someone who is a long time customer, this store is a disappointment and probably a C store at best.

I hate to do this but I’m 5 for 5 on my recent visits All the sodas in the machine were flat, the ice was empty, all the trashes were overflowing, I ordered a large queso the lien was nearly out and jsntaed of getitng more I was given a under halfway full portion, I didn’t order double meat and was charged for it not sure what happened to this location it used to be a very good location
