the team is so kind and friendly every single time i go, their service is unmatched at this location. always incredible and the team goes above and beyond for their customers. even when they're very busy the team is so reassuring and wise with their time and efforts. if i could go to corporate directly and urge this location's staff get compensated better- i would! food is always excellent and every time something new comes out i want to try it! it's kind of embarrassing how frequent i go, but without the stellar staff and their love that goes into the excellent food... i probably wouldn't come that often. whatever rate the big wigs set for their pay... it isn't enough. cherish these good workers while you have them !!! 💗

Disappointed. I work for door dash and I can't tell you how many times I've delivered Blaze pizzas. They always smell so fantastic when I'm delivering them, but they are pricey and a 30 min. drive from my home, so i can never get any myself. Well today I decided to splurge some money (and time) on Blaze and I was very disappointed. 1. For some reason my pizza is spicy, as in red pepper flake spicy even though I didn't order anything spicy. I don't mind, I actually like spicy food, but still. 2. THEY FORGOT THE BASALMIC DRIZZLE ON MY AND MY HUSBANDS PIZZAS!! they also forgot the hot sauce he asked for. For $66 (including a 20% tip) I expect EVERY TOPPING I ASKED FOR. I cannot tell you how many times as a dasher I smelled those tangy pizzas only to give them to the customer and have to eat a PBJ from home. I am so disappointed. It's the little things that matter sometimes, the care, because you never know who your feeding and why. I won't be able to afford to eat our again like this until next month.

Hands down the best pizza place I’ve ever been, and I’ve been a lot, 100’s maybe 1000’s all over earth. Their margherita pizza known as the red vine is incomparable to anywhere because it blows the rest out of the water. I drive an hour from Cleveland just to eat their pizza, it’s that good. Consistently good, every single time!!!
