Chick-fil-a

I knew it was too good to be true in today's world of fast food/customer service. Chick Fil-A was always the one place that never let me down... until yesterday. I waited over a half hour in the drive thru for a salad and after getting home 15 minutes away, realized they never gave me salad dressing. Tried calling to talk to someone but nobody answered. Left a voicemail and nobody called back. With the prices of everything increasing lately and the amount of time waiting in line, you'd think they would get it right. Very disappointed as I didn't have anything at home to put on the salad and after a long stressful day of just wanting to come home to an easy dinner, it didn't happen. And with gas prices, it wasn't worth driving all of the way back to get dressing. I honestly think I'm done getting food anywhere other than the grocery store that I make for myself. Customer service everywhere has truly let me down ever since the pandemic and while Chick Fil-A was the one to prove every other fast food wrong, they are starting to become the same. I'm over spending my hard earned money and time on food and service that isn't worth it. I'm sure others feel the same. It's exhausting.

While I do not eat at Chick-fil--A a whole lot I do try to visit this one. It's where our son works. Proud of him! We visit it so we can get even just a glimpse of him! He has chosen not to speak to anyone in his family for 8yrs for his wife and her family. Life is full of hardships and sorrow. Try and make the best of yours! Forgive one person this Holiday Season!
