I've eaten here numerous times and the staff is always friendly and nice! The food is always good! I am transgender and they never treated me any different than any other patron. I go here at least once a week, will continue to come back.
Food, atmosphere and service were great. Meals were pricey ..but consider the fact it's one of the nicer sit down restaurants in a college town with mostly fast food options, located inside the Best Western.
Great place for a yummy lunch! We ate in the pub, as the restaurant was closed for dinner prep.
Excellent food, daily specials. Salads, sandwiches, desserts. Excellent French onion soup. Awesome service.
Only problem with the atmosphere was the noise from the bar.
Next time I'll eat in the restaurant.

Hotel restaurant, but, stay with me, really good food. I had a reuben and sweet potato fries that were perfect, and the bartender was nice and my order was super fast from the kitchen, always good during...these...times when you want to get it to go and leave.
Ate here just tonight while on a scouting trip for a soon-to-be new home. Monday night was very slow, but that didn’t make the service dull. Our server was courteous and professional. The onion leaves appetizer was nicely fried, not heavy or greasy, with a dipping sauce that’s spicy on the back end, so I kept it while my wife had her portion without sauce and enjoyed them heartily. For entree, I had the Route 11 burger, rare, and my wife had the grilled maple chicken sandwich. Both were quite delicious having them with no alteration from the menu description.
My only holdback was that our selections from the craft cocktail menu came out with only 50% success. My wife had the mojito, which was tasty and clearly made with fresh juice, not mixer. But my margarita was quite literally water with just a hint of lime flavoring. My one downvote of this whole meal. So I’m reluctant to recommend their bartending with that awful a miss.
During my recent stay at the hotel, I tried the restaurant and was pleased with the food. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making for a pleasant dining experience. Overall, it was a good experience and I would recommend it to others looking for a convenient and enjoyable dining option.
Didnt get the waitresses name. Was so busy eating my delicious shrimp scampi. And my husband's burger was not a good burger, it was the best burger. So big points given out all around. Keep them in mind whenever your in town😋
Have been there 3-4 times and never disappointing. They have different specials at various days. I had the gilled fish and my friend had a burger.
Both were cooked very well and the portions are just good enough for the 1 person.
It is on a little pricey side for the amount of food. Will visit again when I am in the area.
I am so impressed by this restaurant. I have a son that goes to SUNY Canton. He was not coming home for Easter 😔, but I wanted to make sure he had a decent meal. They were having Easter dinner specials, dine in only. The manager was incredible and managed to get me 2 dinners for my son and his dorm mate, with dessert for them to pick up!! Thank you. It meant so much to me and them.
The butternut squash bisque might be one of my favorite soups I've had! The beef tips were good but chewy
