Dunkin'

OK lets face the truth about Dunkin'. Quit trying to make food like another run of the mill fast food chain. Their new hot food menu is just plain awful and it's taking away from the quality of their donuts. Their coffee is about the only good thing they have now. Place was clean and the service was fast and polite.

Always a great experience, friendly staff and always willing to make your order right if its not perfect the first time. I've been coming here almost daily for the last 3 years and almost never had any issues with the staff or my orders. The only complaint I have is a lot of the time they are out of donuts, even at 7 am, and it takes a minimum of 30 minutes to get through the line in the mornings. I've seen the line wrapped around the building and down almost to starbucks its so busy, they really need to staff more that 2 or 3 people at 7 am in the morning.

food is decent but first of all they are always out of doughnuts, is called Dunkin doughnuts, but the last 3 times I was there they were out of doughnuts completely. also it's always the slowest drive through around, like it takes them 20 minutes per car so they are always backed up, not because they are busy but because they are so slow!!

I ordered a large iced coffee with caramel swirl. When I got to the window (after half an hour waiting in the drive thru), the worker handed me a small iced coffee. I showed her the receipt with a large, so she went to fix it, this time coming back with a medium. On the third try she managed to find the right sized cup. I should have tasted it before leaving though, as instead of caramel swirl it was flavored with the hazelnut shot that has artificial sweetener. So that went in the trash. The bagel was burnt so badly it tasted like biting into an ashtray. Also in the trash. Never coming back to this location.
