Mcdonald's

Went through the drive thru. Yeah it's late, but please tell me why all 4 night employees need to be outside smoking? They told me "sorry our system is updating" little do they know, I know when the terminals are rebooting the screen is blue, they weren't. Smoking was too important to them than to do their jobs. Also after 10 they don't allow cards or you to use the mcdonalds app. Why is that? I believe they are just too lazy to put effort in. Will be calling gm tomorrow and store owner.

Food was good. Staff was poor. When questioned as to why iced tea was on screen, they couldn't explain as well as the $3 bundles subtotal to 12.75? Person helping trainee said it would all straighten out. So we asked why bill was over $16 vs $15 (simple math for items plus the tax). Turns out after receiving the receipt that when we asked for a cup for water they charged $1 for it - no mention there was a charge for water until after we saw receipt with the iced tea marked on it then the "trainer" said yes they charge for the cup. They really need to be trained.

Rave! I would like to give a shout out to Sarah, the manager at McDonald's. I had an order for about 20 residents today, to go that were paying separately. She went out of her way to get us our meals (all correctly packaged with napkins too), boxed them up and let us pay separately without batting an eye. She even threw a couple extra sandwiches in just in case there was a wrong order (there wasn't) so I was able to feed a couple extra residents thwho enjoyed it as well. Thank you Sarah for going out of your way to help make the residents evening.

They were fast at taking my order, and my money. It seemed like forever to get the food. After the lady handed me the bag to me, she shut the window . I'm not sure what she was doing, but the person with me asked me to get some ketchup. I waved in attempt to get her attention. She then walked away from the area. I waited a few minutes to see if she would come back. No such luck. I couldn't go inside Because the dining room was closed. I thought about going back through the drive thru but I would have to wait behind 7 vehicles. I wish they would ask if you would like any ketchup or napkins.. Used to be that way when I worked there many years ago. Used to be we had a certain time frame to get the order taken, to them getting their order, and driving off. The good ol days when fast food was fast. Long story short if you have extra time or you are first Infront of the pack then it's ok. BUT if not be prepared you could have a lengthy wait....and no ketchup if you don't ask❗The food tasted like McDonald's.

They don't like to hear what you say so you make sure when you pay your order is right cuz they do have a tendency to drop the bulb once in awhile once in a great while but 95% of the time they're pretty correct and if it's their mess up they'll usually compensate you for it which is very well to be said of
