Subway

The employee I dealt with (summer) was terrible. Blank face, attitude, very short with us. Zero customer service. Almost like we were an inconvenience. Normally I have molly helping me and she is AMAZING. But this summer girl. No bueno. If you go in and its her helping you, don't expect much. Any other employee actually cares and makes it an easy quick experience.

We went in and Katrina started off by shouting that she’d be with us soon. Which was fine. She was in the back. Totally chill. But then came up and was rude. She was under prepared and almost all her materials were almost out. She didn’t even have enough meatballs to make a sandwich. She also seemed really dissatisfied with her work and had a bad attitude. Which could be because the people before her didn’t let her start her shift off correctly. She then tried to handle our cookies with no gloves on. Once she tried to reach in the cookie container with no gloves or tongs and then decided to get the tongs but still no gloves. With everything going on she should be more careful.

I came in earlier in the day, and while Katie and Katrina, the young ladies working, seemed busy and overwhelmed, they were very friendly and even with masks on I could tell they were smiling. My turkey sub was made neatly and exactly how I like it. They tried talking me into cookies, which I sadly couldn’t fit into my budget despite how delicious they looked, but will come back for in the future. Usually I don’t expect much from a place like this, but the service was exemplary.

I would have given this establishment 0 stars if I could have. The service was very poor. 7 of my family waited in line for around 10 when a customer walked by and said she had called in an order. The one and only employee working proceeded to ring her order up. Then she asked if he could go ahead and make her a couple sandwiches for her and the gentleman that was with her. By this time there were 5-6 additional customers waiting. We decided to leave due to the rudeness of the customer and the employee! 😥 I hope for everyone’s sake the food is better than the service!

I came about a half hour before I went rock climbing The girl is the back was doing her college orientation while trying to open She was the nicest and cutest subway employee I’ve ever met I came back the next day to say thank you but I she wasn’t working I’m from St. Louis so I couldn’t comeback another day but I wish I wouldeve gotten her name Oh and the sandwich was the best subway sandwich I’ve ever had
