Ebners is a great butcher shop that makes their own sausages, jerky, pepperoni. The owner does catering and is so great at what he does. Mike is always willing to try new things and is an amazingly creative cook.

The deli here makes really delicious home made style sandwiches. I would highly recommend the turkey bacon avocado, it was super tasty and very fresh! The portion size is also good for your money. Highly recommend 👍👍

I can't stress enough how wonderful the meat is that Ebners sells. Their New York steaks are some of the best cuts of meat that we've had, ever. But they topped themselves with the center-cut, beef tenderloin that we had custom cut. It was drop dead awesome!

Great little local shop with friendly people and delicious ribeye steaks. It always smells great in there! Pro tip: Make sure you call ahead for the deli food. It's probably not the best choice for eating in if you're on your lunch break or in a hurry. There is usually at least a 15-20 minute wait and sometimes they close early or run out of things.

After years of talking about getting a smoked ham from Ebners Custom Meats. We did it!! We had heard rave reviews and simply needed order in advance and drive the 2 1/2 hrs to Canby, Or from Elmira, Or. Well Let Me Tell You, Ebner’s Did Not Disappoint! Great cut, flavor and even helped us with the meal prep suggestions & instructions. While there we also picked up some of the best pepperoni sticks for the ride home and o’man was it good.
With the overwhelming positive response from our Holiday guests about how amazing the smoked ham was, We will be making a Ebners Smoked Ham a new holiday tradition. Thank you Mike & Amy, we look forward to seeing you next year!
