I haven't been to the Pines in a while. Decided to stop in and eat. The dining room was quiet for a Friday, yet the bar looked packed. Service was slow for it not being busy. I tried the fish dinner, it was good, not great though. Having grown up in Stota, I miss Nikolas fish fry, that was the best around. I will go back and try other dishes though.

We stopped here on the way back from the state fair. My drinks tasted like they water their liquor down. My husband ordered a medium rare prime rib... it was over done and smelled and tasted like it had turned... not to mention their "22oz. prime rib" is actually a 10 oz Delmonico... my husband took one bite and spit it out. When we brought these issues up to the waitress, we didn't get an apology... She acted like we were just trying to get our meal for free. We then get the check and she charged us for the small salad that was suppose to come with my husband's dinner. We then brought this up and she reluctantly took the salad off. When we asked to talk to the manager, we were brought oyr waitress. Long story short, would never reccomend, they dont seem to care they served a rancid piece of meat and could really make someone sick. We will never go back.

The food was burnt and nasty, (chicken parm) gave my daughter a second meal and was also, not edible. Deff. Not the three pines of old ! More of a nasty bar than an eatery. Others may have better luck w/ ordering food.

Well run local family owned bar with great food at reasonable prices. Nice sit down restaurant adjacent to the bar. They will televise every Syracuse Football game this season. $2.00 drafts, if you drive by often you should stop by. You will be glad you did.
