Had an excellent single slice of pepperoni pizza. Slices are large and this one was delicious! They also make an awesome cheeseburger sub that I've never seen offered anywhere else!

Very satisfied with my dinner from tonight. I got a sub which was the steak sub which has shaved steak sautéed peppers and onions, bacon which I added, mozzarella cheese, mayo and mushrooms. I have this sub as a go to. You won't be disappointed if you give this a try.

Pizza was almost burnt, I didn't get all of my wings and the delivery driver was pretty rude. I won't be ordering again any time soon.
Edit: I ordered again, food was great and the delivery person was exceedingly nice. Review changed to a 5 star!

Always a good experience - this pizza franchise employees a lot of young folks. Owner of Canandaigua shop does a great job. Very consistent and reliable. They seem to always know my order and have learned from my habits. Quick and delicious

We have ordered pizza from Marks Canandaigua for awhile. But I wanted to say that the NY style pepperoni pizza I ordered there today was Excellent!! I get cheese only on half the pizza because I am lactose intolerant and my husband isnt. Someone took extra care to really keep cheese off my half! I also order well done crust, and they made it well done but not burnt. Great job!!

My usual pizza place stopped delivering to my area so I tried Mark’s for the first time tonight. We’re always passing their delivery cars around so I thought, why not? I found the website easy and convenient to order from, the delivery was right on time, and I was surprised to see that the pizza was as good if not better than the place I used to order from. Will definitely continue to order from Mark’s in Canandaigua.

They messed up my party sized pizza tonight I was a bit annoyed after waiting 45min . It wasn't hot and half of it was stuck to the box when we opened it.
I called and they offered to replace it which they did no questions asked and very apologetic. Replacement got here FAST and was hotter as well.
Accidents happen and I've never had a problem until tonight but this is how custom service should be done great job guys!
