Denny's

Food tasted great. Only 2 servers working. The server forgot my pumpkin Pancakes, then when they were brought to the table , they were plain Pancakes. The proper ones were finally brought to the table , but we were ready to go by that point. Also , both the men's and women's bathrooms were out of toilet paper

We attended a Duran Duran concert in Canandaigua recently and by the time it let out the only places open to eat were Taco Bell and this Denny’s. We arrived a few minutes past 12AM and it seemed quite full. We were told it may take a little while to be seated as there was only one server. Even though they were short staffed the staff was very attentive. Shaqueena B was very pleasant and competent. The team worked together well to make sure drinks and food were served in a timely manner and tables were bussed quickly. They didn’t rush us out even though 1AM was closing time. We were very appreciative to have a delicious, hot and hearty meal after the concert before we headed back to our hotel. This location is lucky to have such a wonderful staff that made us feel welcome and not like they had better things to do.

When you get a hankering for Denny's, little else will satisfy the itch. We were there a little later in the evening for a late dinner. Service was ok and the food came out pretty quick. You can tell they are running on a limited crew, either by necessity or because they can't find servers, not sure which. But our server was pleasant and responsive. She didn't check in on the table all that often, but was easy enough to flag down when needed.

I have only been to this location once before. Today's experience was unique, and I applaud our waitress. There was no hostess to seat us, 6 other tables with customers, and only 1 waitress for a Wednesday afternoon. She was excellent with multitasking and never let her smile get away from her. I'm sorry that I didn't get her name, but she was a true rockstar. 🙂

I love coming here with my family. My husband and I came for breakfast(him) and lunch(me). He always gets the All American Slam. Today I decided to try the new menu item it was Mac N Brisket it was sooo good. It originally comes with onion rings but I am not a fan so I got fries instead. It was delicious the Mac and Cheese was cheesy and there was a good portion of Brisket. I will give my meal a 10/10 I would get it again in a heartbeat. Plus as always I got a chocolate milkshake.
