Dunkin'

After 2 visits, I will not be visiting ever again. Would give negative stars if possible. The first visit there was no coffee and the customer in front of me had there dog with them and it's front paws were on the counter. The second visit they didn't finish the transaction and I was charged 13 and change for a large and medium coffee which should of been around 5 dollars. This location gives Dunkin a bad name. For the price I paid I might as well switch to Starbucks. I usually give a good review or none at all but this one had to be done after a second chance.

Wish I could give no stars. Went in this week and was waited on by Sammi. While walking in I heard her talking about hooking up with customers and having a three some because she couldn’t please her husband by herself. Then she couldn’t give me her undivided attention for the 5 min I was at the counter. I wont be back. If you want a good customer base you need good employees.
