Denny's

I was thrilled with the level of care, safety protocols, and the wonderful service we received today. I am on a temporary strict diet and our server was wonderful in suggesting items that I could eat. I had a wonderful lunch and thoroughly enjoyed myself. My friend and I will definitely be returning in the near future.

Worst experience. Upon asking for menus server got offended. Was too late in night so thinking he must have a long day tried to be nice yet but he continued to be mean for no reason even while taking order he almost tried to pick a fight. Please avoid this place if you want to keep your respect this was 2:20AM

The meal was what you would expect from Denny's, plain and dry. Our waiter was polite but another waiter had an attitude with my brother. Calling him out and and yelling at him. It was very inappropriate. The waiter might have been having a bad day but I don't think that excuses how rude he was. P.S. my brother was sitting in a high chair for children. Not even our own waiter cared or questioned the decision. Jose the waiter was the one who was enraged. When my brother tried to calm him down he continued to yell until his co-worker told Jose to leave. P.S.S. I am that brother.

I ordered Philly cheese melt sandwich. The bread was soggy and not nicely toasted like I asked and the fruits given were little rotten from sides specially apples. Also, they have limited breakfast options. The ambience was very busy and lively, we had to wait15 minutes to get the seat. Servers were quite busy too.

Every time we go to this Denny’s, the food is delicious, the portions are just right, reasonably priced and the service is fantastic. I don’t normally order shakes from Denny’s, but I do have to say the last time I was there I ordered a chocolate shake and it was one of the best ones I have ever had. It was not runny and not so thick that you could not sip it out of a straw. It was real chocolate ice cream. Some diners make their shake with vanilla ice cream and then mix in the chocolate syrup which is not so good. I had a breakfast special, my husband had the chicken fried steak with eggs and hash browns and my son had a steak with 2 sides. All were very tasty. All staff was wearing masks and there is hand sanitizer dispenser by the front door. It is very safe and clean and the restaurant is big so they have the space to separate diners every other table. The food make take a little longer to come out, but please be patient. Every restaurant has staffing shortages. Be kind to staff and tip well. They deserve it. Our waitress gave us service with a smile and was pleasant, kind and helpful. The easiest way to tip great service is to double the tax amount. That equals 18%. Happy dining!

Got here tired after a 10-hour shift driving for Uber. Customer facing staff seems to be on a bad mood with a grumpy face and a "I'd rather be somewhere else" type of vibe, and the main waiter isn't even wearing an uniform (that's him on grey taking the order from the table next to me). I would overlook it if it wasn't for the insanely loud radio blasting Mexican music from the kitchen that's legit spoiling my whole enjoyment of the experience. Can't ask them to turn off And I haven't even got to the food yet...

Bascom Denny's across and Cady corner from the pruneyard. Asked for non burnt chicken on my fried chicken salad and what I got back was under cooked raw chicken. Check before you eat. Beware the delicious hot chocolate it was scalding but once cooled down it's delicious. This time the service is greatly improved and done very good. Thank you Denny's Training Team and Managers.
