The Mcflurry, slushie, soft serve, sundae machine were all down magically. I was so upset I wanted that order and they declined my offer. I will never come to this awful place again. How dare they not give me and my whole family what I want. I will be giving this place a 1 star. Don’t to here unless you want to get water as your order. Or nuts.

Worst McDonald's on Base. Order is almost never right. Management and personnel needs to change. You might as well pay take the extra 15 min to get take out off base. Cheaper and way better results

For the past couple of weeks (I go through almost every day for an iced coffee) I’ve noticed that the drive thru employees have been getting ruder and ruder. Both at the window and the speaker. I usually let things slide since I know they can get pretty hectic. But even when something is wrong they are rude about fixing it. I’m not sure if they’re new. I know of them isn’t since i see him all the time. I love going to this mcds since it’s always on my way in to work.

I am laughing and trying to figure out how they mess my order up every time. My last 2 visits have been shambles when is comes to getting the proper order. I blame myself for not checking the bag until I got home. I must say it is a bit disappointing.

It's McDonald's. You always get what you expect. This one was nice, because the service was fast and the people were very friendly.

Honestly don’t go to this McDonald’s that much, but when I went through today David in the drive through was very polite and helped me with a mix up with my order. He’s honestly given me the best customer service I’ve ever had at this particular McDonald’s.

Horrible experience ordering through the app, hours were wrong. Either they choose to close early or they just don't care about posting the correct hours on Google and their app. I should have listened to my friends and steered clear of McDonald's on base.

Grabbed quick food and opened up the bag to realize my nuggets were burned. A couple didn’t look bad but then tasted like ash!
