Salads are always made professionally. Have lots of different deals that make it affordable. I enjoy the Buffalo Bleu and the Turkey. I really like the Baked Potato soup and also the Brocolli Cheddar has big chunks of brocolli which are bangin. Staff is on point and the young lady has a ton of knowledge.

The salads are amazing here! The downfall is the customer service. They're ALWAYS in the back if it's slow so you don't feel welcomed. The one guy who works there, wish I knew his name, was totally awesome. The rest of the employees could care less about working there. Also I'm a small person so eating a huge salad isn't ideal, so i found that the kids size is perfect. A few people let me do this. There's a red head that works there that refused and said I had to be 12. I wish there was an option for a smaller salad. I also wish there was better customer service.

It's not just this location, all locations are pretty constant, its the saladworks chain.... I dont get it. The salads are not extraordinary and the soups are nothing special. Prices are somewhat high. Yeah I know its fresh and endless salad combos... but so what. They need to throw in some more hot items. This chain compares to a small one called ZOUP which I would rate way higher as a similar chain. If you visited several of each I think you would certainly agree.

Went here last Saturday around 8 and had the worst experience I've ever had at a restaurant. Waiting forever to be waiting on because the girl was on the phone. She even had the nerve to tell me to hold on so she could finish her call. Then when she finally did make my salad she put hardly any toppings on. Then she bumped the edge of the salad container on the counter and dumped the little amount of toppings I had out. And instead of giving me my toppings back she said oops and put the the lid on. In hindsight I should have refused the salad but instead I kept me mouth shut and payed for it. If you are interested in getting a good salad I recommend making the extra hour drive and going to the lititz location. Because camp Hill is not worth your time.

Sadly the reviews are true. The employee that I encountered was absolutely horrible and should be fired honestly. She’s skinny and short with dyed red hair I think. Her attitude is nothing short of foul. I approached and no one was in line. It was my first time here and so I’m reading the board trying to decide what I want. She looks me up and down I say hello she doesn’t respond. I start placing my order and am saying what I want substituted with what and after one salad goes to take her gloves off. I tell her I have 2 more items. She huffs and rolls her eyes. Another woman comes from the back. Taller a little more full figured and pleasant she starts helping. The rude short one keeps talking to me while I’m talking to the other woman. “What else is it” “You getting more” “You done”. Like seriously?? Lose your attitude. You’re acting if me coming here isn’t your job security. I’m asking questions because I don’t know and have never been here. If you hate people that much quit. I asked if the wraps were the same as the salad as there was no sign to specify. Her response “ ummm yeah…pretty obvious.” No honey what’s pretty obvious is your misery that I have nothing to do with. If it was obvious I wouldn’t be asking. If this place closes it will be because of her. The food was good. Overpriced but tasted good. I would return for the other woman. She was kind and tried to help me so I wouldn’t have to interact wit the other foul one but her rudeness just kept chiming in. I tipped but hope the other woman didn’t share. Decent food for $10 a salad you get a lot of toppings to choose from. The broccoli cheddar soup tasted all broccoli and no cheddar but still not hateful. Not really sure if I’ll go back because she was honestly that bad. She has the type of attitude where you’re afraid she’ll go spit in something in the back just because.

The salads are really good but the staff are consistently rude and unfriendly. I used to feel uncomfortable even going there because of them, but I've gotten used to it. My husband and I just joke about it now because we expect it.

So there I was, pondering my decision on what to energize my fasted body with. I struggled to come to a concensus, but the choice was made endlessly clear when I stumbled across Saladworks. Instantaneously it hit me, what could possibly be better than a heart healthy spinached based salad to help build strong muscles and a healthy immune system, at least according to one of the employees. Speaking of which, I enjoyed my short time with the two. I was immediately greeted as I approached the counter, and as I glanced over the listings of options it was obvious that I had to create my own. A lovely young lady gave her personal recommendations and when she brought up the spinach, as mentioned before, I couldn’t resist. The preparation was quick, and the portions were extremely fair. When it came to the real test though, the taste, I couldn’t complain about a thing. I was undoubtably satisfied with my experience here, and will always keep it in mind next time I’m wandering around The Capital City Mall.
