Review Zag's Pizza - Camp Hill

I live nearby and my kids go to the high school nearby. I've heard from numerous kids that almost all the workers in there are very rude to the children. I'm not foolish enough to think that the kids are always nice either but there are two pizza shops in walking distance, and I don't hear any stories about the other one. They have a policy that you have to buy something to eat there, which is completely understandable, but I know many kids who have been yelled at and thrown out even when they do buy something. Kids, vote with your feet and buy your lunch elsewhere! I haven't had great experiences there as an adult either, so I simply don't go there any more.

If you want to go to a place and have great food and conversation and meet Moe and learn all about New York City, please go to Zag's. The food is awesome and the place is spotless. They have delicious lunch specials!

Pizza was horrible I actually threw it away. Cheese steak sub was def not much better. I have ordered in the past which was much better then my recent order. This is just my experience.

Ordered off slice. after an hour of waiting (past the time they said it would be delivered) since i knew they would be busy, i messaged slice only to find that my order was "delivered". after clear delivery instructions regarding confirmation of delivery due to confusion with my address. and here we are. no dinner and utter disappointment in this company as they said that the order was delivered and confirmed at the front door when someone picked it up and they would not reconcile. so no dinner for me and my family as someone got a stolen pizza. way to go Zag's

Service was fast, owner was friendly, prices are really great! We got slices by the pie and they were nothing to write home about. One was inedible because it wasn’t baked long enough and it was like eating raw dough — not sure how they didn’t notice. Mac and cheese appetizer was probably the best I’ve ever had. Clean restaurant. They carry lots of different menu items which I did not try and would have liked to: soup, subs, wings, gluten free crusts, etc. They seem willing to make substitutions for anyone and flexibility counts for something!

Just had delivery. Sub was decent. Bread is very soft. Wife liked her stromboli, especially the dough. Very reasonably priced...

Best pizza shop in the world , well worth the drive (I live 6 hours away )

So, their pizza and hot subs are not that great...... Hot subs everytime I order one are always more bread than anything hardly any meat and the pizza idk just tastes weird, but hot wings french fries chicken tenders, wraps, jalapeno poppers, calzones, and cold subs are ssooo good! Idk the cold subs are literally packed with meat and condiments thick big subs that are delicious so if you order here try the other stuff simply great tasting Edit- just like everywhere else the price goes up but the quality goes down just enjoying my sub that is mostly bread and a slab of meat and a pile of lettuce yummy.........

I have only ever had great food and customer service except once. They listened to my review of the experience and are willing to do business the old fashioned way of making things right. Because they are attentive and care about that, I will recommend them time and again.

The first place my wife and I found with gluten free subs and pizza. Great tasting food!! This will quickly become the go to place for us for pizza and subs.

Poor Customer Service, Great Delivery person, she at least apologized for taking an hour and 50 minutes to deliver the pizza. Will never order from them again.

There subs and food are very good, the service is horrible! The front cashier the blond guy, he's rude, disrespectful and always has a nasty attitude, this guy is horrible for business... Now, the young lady is sweet as ever respectful and very appealing to the business. The cook is very nice and sweet also. But I will not return to the business to purchase anything and Neither will my kids! They do attend CH school. They usually switch between zags and Roberto's, but no need for them to go to zags if this guy treats people so horrible! What a shame!

We would order from Zag’s quite a bit from our work. There was usually something wrong- whether if it was something with the food, excessively long delivery, etc. We decided to break from them for awhile and just ordered from them today. We got two salads (one with extra dressing), two slices of pepperoni pizza and a slice of cheese. Food comes- there’s no extra dressing, I’m missing my dressing, and there were two slices of cheese and one slice of pepperoni � A girl called into there and was told as soon as the girl gets back there, they’ll send her back out. It’s now been over 45 mins. HORRIBLE! �

Stayed at nearby Clarion Inn, where "Zag's menu was in the room guide....called for delivery and whomever answered didn't even know where the hotel was, didn't want to deliver there, and put me on hold until I hung up. Why even give the hotel your menu? Called another area Italian restaurant and got nice service, great food, and quick delivery. That's business.

Terrible terrible terrible customer service. Delivery driver drop my pizza on the side and all the toppings were stuck to that one side of the box. Talk to the guy that took the orders and he started dropping F bombs To me. Never been treated so bad by a pizza place in my life. Sitting here eating a pizza with no toppings because they wouldn't do anything about it

Best place to eat, EVER!
