Zag's Pizza

I live nearby and my kids go to the high school nearby. I've heard from numerous kids that almost all the workers in there are very rude to the children. I'm not foolish enough to think that the kids are always nice either but there are two pizza shops in walking distance, and I don't hear any stories about the other one. They have a policy that you have to buy something to eat there, which is completely understandable, but I know many kids who have been yelled at and thrown out even when they do buy something. Kids, vote with your feet and buy your lunch elsewhere! I haven't had great experiences there as an adult either, so I simply don't go there any more.

Ordered off slice. after an hour of waiting (past the time they said it would be delivered) since i knew they would be busy, i messaged slice only to find that my order was "delivered". after clear delivery instructions regarding confirmation of delivery due to confusion with my address. and here we are. no dinner and utter disappointment in this company as they said that the order was delivered and confirmed at the front door when someone picked it up and they would not reconcile. so no dinner for me and my family as someone got a stolen pizza. way to go Zag's

Service was fast, owner was friendly, prices are really great! We got slices by the pie and they were nothing to write home about. One was inedible because it wasn’t baked long enough and it was like eating raw dough — not sure how they didn’t notice. Mac and cheese appetizer was probably the best I’ve ever had. Clean restaurant. They carry lots of different menu items which I did not try and would have liked to: soup, subs, wings, gluten free crusts, etc. They seem willing to make substitutions for anyone and flexibility counts for something!

So, their pizza and hot subs are not that great...... Hot subs everytime I order one are always more bread than anything hardly any meat and the pizza idk just tastes weird, but hot wings french fries chicken tenders, wraps, jalapeno poppers, calzones, and cold subs are ssooo good! Idk the cold subs are literally packed with meat and condiments thick big subs that are delicious so if you order here try the other stuff simply great tasting Edit- just like everywhere else the price goes up but the quality goes down just enjoying my sub that is mostly bread and a slab of meat and a pile of lettuce yummy.........
