Great selection! And good prices for both members and non.....items you just can't get in a regular store. Pretty much can find that special tool you can't get anywhere else. And a super friendly staff!

Great stuff available depending on what you need. Nice selection of spices. Even though it's larger quantities of things you can make use of some of the things in your own kitchen. I went to culinary school so this is like a toy store 🙂

They'd be better if they would offer terms for payment instead of CC or cash...Not very professional. Other than that, they do alright. Only place in the area for these types of items same day if you need them and don't have time to get off of amazon or ebay for less.

Reflection of corporate and their lack of customer service. Received a product today, more than 3 weeks after placing order, when delivery was promised in 5 business days. I was not notified of this delay until 3 days after I was told it already shipped. In my reasonable attempts to correct the issue (including purchasing more expensive models), I was met with a lack of concern and urgency and instead was given blanket "is what it is" statements. Shockingly enough, their recommendation was to just CANCEL THE ORDER and "go from there", as they refused to do anything internally to assist... even after getting management involved. Because of this, I had to push my open date back an entire week! (home made drinks a crucial part of our business)... After all the patronage I have brought this company from my business ventures over the years, I doubt I will ever return after this experience... NOTE: Screenshots of some email responses posted!

Great friendly and helpful staff. Pricing is good and they typically have everything in stock for purchase.
Update - the layout of the store has changed a bit over the past 6 to 12 months but it is is still very organized and the staff always goes out of their way to assist with purchasing items.
