The environment is the same as any other brewery with open garage/industrial feel. Although this area has many, many craft breweries, what sets Evergrain apart is the actual craft brew. Nothing comes close with the quality and variety produced with consistency. Also, the new labels are by far some of the best I’ve ever seen. Food has been getting better, too. Tater tots!!
Was there with friends this past Saturday. I ordered a Gluten free pizza, I must say it was probably the best GF pizza I ever had. Would really like to know where you got it from. I am from Princeton area of NJ so won't be back soon. You Standard Cider was very good as well. Service was great. Thanks.
A bit of a wait on a Sat night, with the limited seating complying for COVID safety guideline. Food was extremely quick, very delicious. Server was very friendly. Nice beer!
Mike was fabulous. Give him a raise please. The French fries are insane. Keep it up. More ketchup if you order fries. No pickles ever. Heat lamps for outside. And inside.
We were seated outside quickly on a Tuesday evening at 6:00 PM with no reservation. Seating for two, was comfortable, and distance from other tables in this time of social distance service. They have adapted the court yard area with good lighting and a warm open feel. Service was quick, but not rushed. We felt very welcome, the waiter was very knowledgeable about the menu, drink, and beer list. Answering any questions we had... knew his product. The food came out paced nicely with our beers, and we enjoyed a solid two hours, the requested limit to allow others to also enjoy the tables. We watched them clean other tables and chairs after others had left. Very good sanitation in this time of COVID-19. Meal and drinks for two with tip was priced right. With a second meal of amazing pizza leftover! The truffled ricotta cheese is worth the trip all on its own on the “Foraged” Pizza. Very pleased we will be back.
What a fantastic brewery. The location is big with plenty of room and ventilation, the tables are separated appropriately for the pandemic and the staff is great. The beers are wonderful and the service is quick. The food is typical of a brewery/pub/bar, but good none the less. I highly recommend this brewery.
First time visit (will not be the last). I like dark (dark, dark, dark) beer... in today’s craft culture it’s hard to find anything other than IPA’s. Ever Grain Brewing has some amazing stout beers. Admittedly I went for the best first... their 4th anniversary stout. An amazing dark stout that I’m assuming (a$$-of-u-and-me) it’s barrel aged. I can’t wait to come back in the evening for the after 4p dinner menu.
Beer is absolutely wonderful! I'm not a big IPA guy, which don't get me wrong if that's your thing they have plenty of them, but they have a great selection of other style beers as well. And they're always changing their selection and trying new things. Beer prices are very reasonable as well. Be prepared to pay an extra couple bucks for food compared to usual bar fare. However that's just cause it's not usual bar fare. Absolutely delicious. Well worth the price. Nice vibe inside as well as great outdoor seating with hanging lights. Friendly staff as well. Just a wonderful place all around
