Huddle House

Stopped by around 11am on a Monday, they were busy. But I was in and out with hot food within 17m. The African American waitress was literally running all over making sure everyone was properly taken care of. I've seen other comments about her outstanding service and attitude. Huddle house please show your excellent staff how much they are valued, because with the staffing shortage now a days, it's very rare to find someone like her. Also it'd be nice for management to acknowledge the good comments just as much as the bad. I haven't seen one comment from yall under a good review saying to make a review on the link, which is crazy to me. Oh and I ordered a patty melt with hashbrowns, cooked thoroughly and tasted well.

I drove 25 miles to get the triple huddle burger with cheese. I tried calling ahead to make sure the store was open and they would be able to serve what I wanted but the phone rang unanswered 3 times. Taking a chance I drove to the store and there was a sign posted on the front door that said "Sorry we are having a food shortage" After the waitress sat me down I asked if they could make the triple cheese burger and she said "No. All we have are eggs and bacon today." I left and went to steeple Chase down the street and ordered a cheeseburger. This store seems to suffer from a serious lack of management. I don't see how they can stay in business like this.

Horrible experience. 15-20 minutes just order, I used the stopwatch app on my phone and our order took exactly 30 minutes to come out. We ordered eggs & an omelette, at an egg joint. My omelet that was a dark brown color had one large clump of nasty over processed cheese. I was at the bar next to the register, multiple people complained about not being able to pay, and leave. Whomever their management team is, you need to get some actual processes in place to promote efficiency and a customer first mentality. Right now the food and service is garbage.

Omg. What a horrible experience. Dirt and food pieces all over the floors. Sticky chairs. Long wait for food with only 4 other customers. Waitress too busy flirting then arguing with 2 guys that ordered water. No French Toast from menu because "apparently" the truck hasn't delivered any for 3 months. The cook can't make it? At least the manager is aware, as she was very apologetic to all the customers.
