Excellent little Scottish pub in the pretty little harbor town of Camden, Maine. It's a little pricey for a regular pub if you live in town, IMNSHO. But great food, great selection of craft beers, and what looks to be an amazing selection of whiskey and hard liqueur (but I don't drink such stuff). Bartender (owner?) was very polite, friendly, and knowledgeable. The ambiance is even nice, with a nice fireplace and book titles for waiting times. I really enjoyed drinking and eating here and I didn't want to leave :/ I wish we had one of these in my home town. It is way better than that frat bar, Cuzzys.

The Drothy Bear has a nice wide range of drafts, an expansive whisky selection and other drink options like a variety of ciders. Meals range from GF options, salads, scotch eggs, Well Boot and so much more. The atmosphere was key as well as attention from the staff. Highly recommend. 👍

The haggis poutine, sausage roll, and rarebit were all delicious. They had a pretty good beer selection. The bartender was the only person there on a busy Saturday but he let us know up front that he had a lot of people to attend to and he was able to handle it very well

Probably the best burger I've ever ate! And the potato chips were made from potatoes cut there, in the kitchen, not frozen ones. The atmosphere there it's awesome, with that Irish vibe at the bar. The outside it's pleasant too! The waiter was very nice. Overall the experience was great! Can't understand why I've never been here, even tho I keep coming back 3 years now.

Haggis was a little dry for my liking, and Scotch egg could've been a little more soft boiled. Fun atmosphere. Cozy bar. Super friendly staff!

One of my reliable "go to" places when I can't decide where to eat or drink. Cozy and authentic, good food with a huge selection of beers and spirits. Getting a table can be challenging because it's small and popular but worth the wait. Jamie behind the bar is a fountainhead of knowledge with always a great recommendation if you're willing to try something new.

Nice pub with knowledgeable staff. We were a diverse group that had a taste for scotch, bourbon, and martinis. All were met with great recommendations from the staff. Would go back!

Great little bar with a menu that is different than the rest of the places on the mid coast. The bar tender was not the most friendly, but I'm also from New England so I get it. The cheese plate of local cheeses was really good. They have a great selection of whisky.

This place has GREAT service! I really didn't like my first choice in meal, and they had no issues replacing my meal. Sometimes after a complaint service can start to lack. Not here! I started with a scotch egg. It was delicious! Almost like I was eating in a pub across from Holyrood. My first choice for main dish was Bangers and Mash. I don't really think there was anything to really be concerned about. It just wasn't my dish. I wouldn't not get this dish because I didn't like it, as I said, it just wasn't my thing. They graciously got me something else. I ordered the standard Pub Burger. It was good. To finish I got the Millionaire Shortbread. This was probably my favorite desert dish in Camden. Great restaurant and I'd recommend visiting here if you're in the mood for some traditional Celtic fare.

Good food in cozy atmosphere. The dining area is small. We sat near the kitchen, and the wait staff was slow when we were there as the bartender took our order and brought our food. The food was delicous, and the scotch egg was cooked perfect. The burgers were average for bar food.
