I had a terrible experience. I just got in to my hotel and have been traveling all day. I just wanted something to be delivered to me. While what the delivery guy did is not directly their fault, I have called for over 20 minutes to get a manager on the phone and absolutely nobody picked up.
The delivery guy gave me someone else's food from a completely different restaurant and I spent more than the $12 meal of food that I don't even eat. I just want the situation rectified quickly.

Chipotle as a cooperation, like many others, went from friendly to distrustful! How are you going to charge someone for a side of tortilla and not warn them that there's an additional charge associated? How are you going to offer someone a bag, and not tell them there's an extra charge? What has this world come to with the hidden fees? UberEATs does the same thing....it's so aggravating!!! STOP HIDDEN FEES!!!

I love Chipotle, but this is the worst Chipotle that I have ever eaten from. They give you half the portion of everything and the food is never fresh. I work closest to this Chipotle, so whenever I order when working a day shift, I have to order through Uber Eats so I can choose another location, so they wouldn’t automatically put in my order with this one. Terrible, wouldn’t recommend eating here.

I found a metal staple in my food!! I recently had surgery so this could have sent me back to the hospital!! Major concern! I also didn’t receive chips and queso that I ordered.

Worst chipotle experience I’ve had. I ordered off Uber eats and was given a burrito bowl with no rice and literally only half full. Usually the bowl is entirely full from other chipotle’s. They also forgot my chips but gave my queso.

This is the worst chipotle EVER! They close early on random days with no explanation and they're regularly out of ingredients. A few weeks ago I went to get a bowl and they were out of rice. So I got one without rice and they still charged me the same. Yesterday they were out of chicken and steak. I wonder if their owner/manager is aware of all that goes on at this location...
