This place only serves blue corn waffles. 3 savory choices and 3 sweet choices. We ordered one of each. Both were delicious. It’s a counter order arrangement but they bring the food to your table. All seating is outdoors.

This is the best breakfast we’ve had in a long time! The waffles are absolutely incredible, and appreciate the GF menu. The staff were so lovely, the atmosphere and playlist were delightful, and it was really well priced. Wish they were in LA!

UPDATE - We stopped by here again on 11/25/23 and I wanted to drop some pics. My only critique now is that it is pricey - $80 for the four of us having a waffle each and one smoothie. Pics are of the Fiscalini, Morro Melt, Classic and my Weirdos (Banana, Peanut Butter, Bacon, Maple Syrup). Amazing food. We added a coupe of t Shirts for the kids rounding our quick visit to $140
My wife was super impressed with this place - she's Gluten, Dairy and Soy free and she had so many choices! I had the Weirdo Waffle and being open to all foods, this was damn good! Great tasting, crispy waffle, topped with fried banana, peanut butter and bacon. WOW! Super hidden gem here in Cambria!

This is the place for "Gluten Free" (not vegan because eggs are used in the waffle mix) breakfast. We ordered the bishop smoothie (includes coffee) along with the orange smoothie (includes bee pollen). The weirdo waffle and the fiscalini fruit waffle are what we ordered. The "weirdo waffle" has bacon. Overall, Delicious food, very friendly assertive staff, great environment.

Super cute and yes, very hidden. Wear sunscreen or a hat, as many of the tables were in the sun! A tad pricey for what you're getting (just a waffle and no sides... $12!). However everything is very good and the waffles are pretty filling! Love an all-gluten-free restaurant!! If you do not want waffles or a smoothie, this is not the place for you. Probably the best place we ate in Cambria.
The savory sauce they had on the waffles = yum.
