Kiosk ordering is fine if you actually get what your order. Receipt is correct but was given the wrong bread, wrong cheese and not toasted. Disappointing sandwich for the price.
You have lost a long time customer.For last couple months Staff just does not know what they are doing, looks like they have hired a bunch of tweeker kids and they have done away with the sandwich of the day(maybe Corp. did that). Customer service has gone from 100 percent to ZERO.

The best experience at any sandwich shop EVER. My family has a severe gluten allergy. We advised the staff. They went above and beyond to do their best. Can't say enough. If I were ever in the area I would be sure to go there again
I think the staff needs to be evaluated. Was here a few weeks and this was the most unprofessional experience I have had. It was almost like the staff smoked weed before I came in. Laughing hysterically the whole time my sandwich was being made… very uncomfortable.
