Half the people that work here are incompetent. Had to order my food 3 times before they got it right on my receipt. Took the food home and it was still wrong. Worst service. Everyone is high that works here. Stay away. They prolly finger your food too.

I got a grilled veggie burrito. the quality of the ingredients were pretty good. but it literally took 15 minutes from the time I ordered my food till I received it... and I was the only person in the store. I've never seen anyone roll a burrito more slowly.

This Baja Fresh had good quality food. Their staff is OK, but I didn't walk away feeling like they care
Maybe they don't like their job, but then maybe the management should tune them up to make customers like going there.
Anyway food is good and it's fast food so you aren't dependent on servers.

Baja Fresh is a placecI go I regularly. It helps me avoid fast food when I am out running around or doing errands. I usually give chain restaurants 3 stars as they are usually not to special. Atleast no real specialities to grade. I gave Baja 4 stars because the food is always made fresh and you csn count on getting the same thing each time you visit. One person does not make an order differently than another. I like that cause I track my nutritional intake.
I also gave them 4 stars because the employees are always polite and quick with orders. Great place to get something quick that is not fast food.

I frequent this place on my lunch breaks quite a bit. I always get a chicken quesadilla and it's a huge portion which comes with guac and sour cream in the side. Staff is always very friendly. The only time I got something that was just ok. It was a side if rice and seemed a little old and flavorless but I definitely still ate all of it. Overall a good place to go in my opinion. Pricess are a bit on the higher side but you definitely good quality food and a bunch of it.

Baja has been going downhill for years... This location is surely the worst. 10 for a burrito with less than a ounce of meat in it is unacceptable. There are better places to get mexican... Sharkeys may be the same price, but the quality and value are better.
