El Pollo Loco

This place is a joke came here to have lunch first of all they had no customers and I was standing there for a long time. They will look at me and they won’t come over to take my order. ( blond girl with glasses) I give her my order and she got everything wrong. I ask for extra tortillas and I didn’t get any. When I told her she say i though you say no tortillas I ask for a knife and they told me they don’t have any knifes really!!!!! I ask for cups and they give me a dirty cup it looks like they get the old cups from the trash and they reuse them !!!! The owner need to take care of this restaurant and fix this problems before some one calls the main people at pollo loco franchise. Or call the the health department. The restrooms are nasty and dirty. No water comes out the faucets so i can imagine the employees washing them hands. I can believe a restaurant like this DONT have any knifes. Jesus Christ you guys have a 99 cents store down the street send one of the manages to get some !!!!!

At all the Pollo Locos we’ve been to, this 1 is definitely unfriendly. They asked for our shot records to dine in. We wouldn’t go in if we weren’t. That was unfair! My son is special needs and me n my family need to have our shots. Don’t think I need to explain to a low income restaurant about my situation.

I ordered a chkn tostada, BRC burrito and a side salad after work in Camarillo. Guy at drive thru asked if I wanted to add chips and guac to my order, which I declined. I drove home to Port Hueneme and realized they GAVE me chips and guac but no burrito??? I called and they said they could credit the burrito next time I'm in, and to bring my receipt. I had no receipt in the bag nor was given one. Not only that, I realized they didn't give me salad dressings AT ALL, so I virtually had no way of eating the food I just bought!!! I had to go to another store by my house and PAY for another burrito and salad dressing. SUPER inconvenient. Check your bags guys!

So i wanted a double chicken tostada salad this is what i got no salad dressing i asked for no pico de gallo it was still on it so i pulled it off. Ive gotten this salad a couple times its always been cubed chicken but this is shredded instead im not sure why. I dont know what was going on but even my daughters taquitos where so over cooked u bit it and it shattered one taquito didnt even have any chicken in it (it was just the fried tortilla) i dont know maybe they're in a rush or under-staffed but either way we couldnt really eat the food which kinda sucks good thing i got a familia deal too for dinner tomorrow so we will be eating that instead
