Mcdonald's

I travel through here frequently. We always stop at THIS McDonalds. They have always had great customer service until today. Your cashier through the drive-through was fine. When you pull up to the second window, a young lady with a nasty attitude hands you food. She specifically said the straw was in the bag; of course, it wasn't. I realize people have bad days, but don't take it out on customers.

Horrible customer service! We stopped here on the way home from a trip and we’re appalled by the girls attitude who gave us our food. We both work customer service, so we definitely understand how hard it can be but she definitely had a horrible attitude. We still thanked her and told her to have a good day then she Threw our food at us and threw her hand up like she was done with us and pulled out her phone immediately as she walked away. Disgusting way to treat people.

Arrived and lobby was closed 16 minutes before door. Trailer too tall for drive thru. I grow tired of every single business acting like this. Set hours and keep them. Travelers on highway depend upon it. Information is easy to keep current just go to Google and update hours. Mopping up lobby early isn’t an option

I would give zero star’s if that was an option! Went today to get breakfast for my son and myself I ordered a plain biscuit hash brown a large dr pepper a big breakfast without hotcakes and meat with a large ice water the girl on the intercom was like what else what else very very rude I pull up to the second window I was handed my sons Dr Pepper than the food I was like I’m missing a large water she said hang on a minute opens the window told me to got spot 1 it would be a minute I was like for a water I told her never mind I have to get him to school then I open the bag and I’m missing almost everything I ordered for myself so I call and speak to the manager who told me that hasn’t had any orders for big breakfasts and proceeds to argue with me and I look at my receipt the girl didn’t even do my order right these people want 15 an hour and this is not the first time they have missed my order up it was right on the screen but not the receipt I understand things happen but this every time we go there which is not very often!
