Panera Bread

While it may not seem like it a kids meal can make or break a family dinner. We ordered a grilled cheese for our child which is by no means a complicated item to make. We received what I would describe as a cheez-it on a burnt loaf of bread. A single slice of burnt cheese on burnt Texas toast. Needless to say we purchased a meal for our trash. But no worries you can always go back to the store after you’ve already made it home for another piece of dog food or for a gift card. Gee thanks I’d love to be able to feed my hungry trash can more of your delightful waste. I’m typically a fan of Panera but I will not return to this location and will have to seriously consider giving the company another dime. Unless I decide that I want to do some renovations on my house and need a sanding block then I will surely order a grilled cheese.

Several times my order has been messed up. Either missing items completely or ingredients on certain items. The last 5 curbside order pick ups I’ve had to walk in and get my order myself. It seems every single time I order from here, there is always something wrong. Every time. I’m over it. I used to actually work at Panera back when I was 20 and inconveniences like these examples didn’t fly. These kids need to pay better attention to what they are supposed to be doing. This job isn’t rocket science. Do better!
