I love Dairy Queen what I think is great about this location is it's quick and convenient it's right off the highway and it's a smaller franchise so you can be in and out in no time with your delicious treat

We ordered blizzards and they were equivalent to milk shakes .. they didn't mix anything properly

Why have hours of operation posted if you will never follow them? Came in at 8:30 on a Monday night and they are closed already even though online and there store sign reads 10pm. This is the 3rd time they either haven't been open ontime or closed earlier than what's posted. Don't bother coming

Wow. I pull in at 8:45 pm and am told that they don’t want to serve me ice cream because they are saving their 3 boxes for tomorrow. Not exactly service oriented when you close at 9:00 pm and you have supply...

Slow service. Then they didn't turn our blizzards upside down either. The sign says that if they don't you are suppose to get a free blizzard on the next visit. But when we all about it the guy didn't know how to do that. There was no other employee with him at the time. This happened today 02/28/21 @ 2 pm. Then on top of that the blizzard ice cream was really soft and melty. Not happy.

Been here multiple times for the past 2 months they are always out of something been trying to get chicken bites and they've been out of that then today I go in they're out of chicken bites and ice cream! It's getting to be ridiculous they constantly say they're waiting on their truck if that's the case they need to learn how to order

Stopped here 2xs whole traveling. They were out if everything except hotdogs but it took over ten min to make a hotdog. Total disappointment and amazed Dairy Queen would let an establishment like this exist.
Stopped again a year later and while I waited in line 2 ppl in front of me left. Unreal. I waited another 7 min before they took my order and proceeded to install a new blizzard liquid bag. I politely asked for my money back and left. I was disapointed again, but this time with myself for stopping at dairy queen. Almost took a picture of how messy everything was but who would I send it to? DQ doesnt care
