Pizza Hut

If I could give this store a rate absolutely -1. I ordered online. I had a large order and they didn't have enough courtesy to even call and let me know it was out of range after over an hour saying it was on the way. I had to call The manager who didn't seem to know what they where doing and they refused to deliver my order "out of range." Also online didn't state that either. The manager Basically calling me a liar about seeing they're delivery cars in my neighborhood. They didn't have a corporate number since it is a franchise. My refund will take 3-8 days and I will never use this location again. Absolutely ridiculous. They wouldn't remake my order fresh (after waiting 2 hours) unless I paid for it again.

This particular visit I tried to order online and it kept telling me something went wrong so I called and placed my order through the answering service which is another whole review but after a few minutes I received a call from an employee and said that they had 2 orders ready for me and asked if that was right and I explained what happen so the online order went through but he was very nice and went above and beyond to make sure I did not get charged twice.
