Attached a picture. So first if that is suppose to be a double beef and cheddar I'd hate to see the single. Pretty sure I've ordered a single and it's had more meat to it. I also waited 15 minutes just to get my food. Very not happy

Went through the drive thru at about 2pm waited at the intercom for 10 min. Ordered, drove around and waited another 10 min to get my order. Drove home and half my order was wrong. Fries were cold, undercooked and the large cup wasn't even half full.
Best thing I got was the sweet tea. Customer service was lacking, just blah.

Absolutely terrible. Plain and simple. The Colorado river carved the Grand Canyon faster than this Arby's does it's roast beef.

The people that work at this location are awesome just need more of them, they are overworked and I'm sure underpaid for everything they have to do being shorthanded. Hire more people and bring back the waygu burger as it was incredible

No one can read that works there. They get every single order wrong, and God forbid you pay for anything extra, because they STILL won't give it to you. They screw up every single doordash order. I swear yall need to be FIRED.
