After waiting almost 15 minutes at the drive thru for the one car in front of me, I was told at the speaker that it would be a 20 minute wait before they could take my order.. I get times are tough, but with one car in front of me, and only one family dining inside.. Where's the issue? I drove across the street to McDonald's and was served immediately.

Waited in line for 25 mins with only two Carson the drive through for cold food. Literally bunch of young people sitting around talking and telling jokes. The Krystal’s corporate people need to step in and re-evaluate their business model. Need better people and management. This chain as a whole is by far the worst of all fast food places. But it’s a shame because in the rare event you actually get good food from there it’s good that’s why I give it another shot. Just seems like it’s one out of 10, one time good out of 10 times going.

Okay so today's date is April 8, 2022. Just so this doesn't get lost in the chaos. But we've been waiting just to order for about 20 minutes, only for the lady to be rude once we were able to order. Couldn't get one thing out of your mouth before she was saying "is that is?" Instead of asking literally after everything item just wait until the CUSTOMER is done talking. They're little so slow it's not ever remotely funny.

For the price I got a really amazing breakfast. The drive-thru is quick and efficient. But it was still fast food so I can't give it five stars

Service was fast in the drive-thru. I was able to get cheese Krystals and fries an hour before breakfast was over, and my husband got to enjoy his Sunrisers at the same time. NOW LET'S TALK FRIES. Omg, love the new coating. I don't know if it's new, actually, but Krystals by my house has boring fries. I really hope it's something new for all locations and just hasn't made its way to me yet. I would have gotten a large, if I knew. My fries and hot apple turnover were fresh and hot.

FIRST LET ME SAY THAT I WOULDN'T GIVE ANY STARS BUT IT MAKES PUT ONE.....This place is joke!!!!! They never get my order right!!!!! AND They are rude but I guess I should except it from a restaurant that the whole staff is a bunch of immature KIDS. Tonight was the last time I will ever spend a penny at Kystal's in Calhoun,GA. How hard is it take proud in anything that you do? I have been in the restaurant industry for 30 plus years and if I or any employee I ever had was to do the things that I have seen done inside this Krytals..... I would fire the whole staff.

I swear every time I go they mess my order up you will order fries and they are never filled up you will order a large and end up getting a small like someone has been eating out of them this is a party fry I just ordered

Terrible service, no management, wouldn’t go to the back to get us ranch and then we asked him repeatedly to get it, it was sour and warm. Do not recommend.
