Bit slow service and too much mill in my iced coffee. I was in a hurry or I would have gone back in.

I'm a Dunkin fan. I've visited this specific one several times already. Friendly and courteous staff. Just need to add some more flavor to their iced/frozen drinks; especially when it was requested by the customer.

This location by far is the WORST!!! Rude, uneducated staff, bad attitude, no customer service skills. That's a reflection of the Store Manager, who seems to have every other day off. Staff can barely speak English.
Drive another mile down Bloomfield Ave to a far better location.

ordered an “americano” there but it was way too bitter I had to throw it out after few sips… seems like they don’t change filter / clean the machine often enough

I HAD THE MOST AMAZING EXPERIENCE AT THIS DUNKIN. THE EMPLOYEE RIYA IS THE BEST!!! SHE DESERVES A RAISE AFTER HOW WELL SHE WELCOMED AND ATTENDED ME !!
