I go in and out of a lot of nursing homes. These guys are so great. Some of the nurses have been there for years, and are some of the kindest people I have met. Bryan and Katie offer a really strong leadership core and they have built a tremendous culture there. They recently renovated parts of the building and it really looks nice as well. I highly recommend this team and building.

Update: The company got back to me with a special number designated to be used to reach residents and I was able to reach a real person who asked my cousin to call me. I am satisfied with the response and I have upped my review score to 4. Not 5 because it shouldn't be this hard. I’m trying to reach my cousin who lives in this facility but I cannot get anyone to answer the phone or return my call. I worked my way all the way through the phone tree. At one point someone picked up the phone and said to a coworker “who is Preston Dustie“. The coworker said she didn’t now and the person hung up on me. I’ve left three messages. One with social work, one with the nursing director, one of the executive director and one on some unspecified phone that I got transferred to. It is true that I have just left these messages in the past hour. But it seems like someone could get back to me. I thought I would like to give them zero stars, but one is as low as I could go.
