Taco Bell

Must be very difficult to read the order screen when preparing the order... Something wrong every time I go there. 2 words = QUALITY CONTROL. Might need to rethink your choice of management and hire someone competent and skilled in training the employees properly. I shouldn't have to drive back to the store to get my correct order, they offer no apology and act annoyed when they have to remake it. A waste of my time, fuel and money.

Me and My husband pulled into taco bell knowing they were open till 1amafter we drove 20 minutes and made it thereby 1230 and they were already closed, it directly states on their website open till 1am, there were still 3 workers inside I tried calling 3 times and no one answered the phone, this isn't the first time this has happened either. I will be calling the general manager to complain perhaps district. Taco bell has gotten ridiculous!!

I was visiting the Caldwell Taco Bell and I ordered a Beefy 5 Layer no sour cream. As I was pulling away, I realized the screen said Beefy Melt. I wasn’t sure if that was how they rang it up on the screen or what. When I pulled up to the window I asked if that was how they rang it up or if it was rang up wrong. The girl was very rude at the window. She said no it’s different but they already made it and there were people behind me so there was no way she could make me the right thing and told me I had to take the one I didn’t order. I tried to explain that it must have been a mix up and I really did order a 5 layer. She then rolled her eyes at me and told the guy at the window to give my card back and pull to the front. They ended up getting it right at the end, but it was a struggle haha Overall, it was a bad experience. I love Taco Bell but this was not ok.

I don't know if it just me but I think it is sad I got better service and better food when the employees were paid minimum wage 7.25. The chalupa was old. They didn't cut my sons quesadilla. The cheese roll up seamed old. Why am I paying more for crapy food so everyone can be bullied into paying $15 an hour and the employees are not worth it. It like this everywhere. Its disappointing

We had an event in Middleton and decided to stop by Taco Bell after we were done. I was very impressed with this location. The service was as quick and professional and the food came out tasting great. The tacos were nice and crunchy with an appropriate amount of filing. The store appeared clean and in good working order. Would definitely eat here again.
