Wow, I was surprised how well my 1lb. of Brisket sandwich with potato salad and baked beans was. I was surprised again when I was told the brisket sandwich came with a lb. of brisket. That is cheap and the meal ain't bad. I will most definitely go again sometime because they also have ribs, chicken, and other items I want to try smoked.

I’ve been living here in the Treasure Valley for 15 years and was feeling like eating some BBQ Pulled-Pork and Smoke Beef-Brisket. Found this spot In Caldwell actually Smoking Beef-Brisket as I pulled up to the location The Smoke House BBQ, and ordered Beef-Brisket and Pulled-Pork and these delicious SMOKED buttery red potatoes that tasted so GOOD and it literally melted in your mouth.
The Beef-Brisket was the BOMB!!! Beef Brisket is made so perfect, just torn apart with two fingers and the flavor was amazing.
Pulled-Pork is also delicious! If you ever stop by I DEFINITELY recommend the Beef-Brisket and the Red Potatoes…

Easily the best BBQ spot in Caldwell in my opinion. Brisket was on point. Highly recommended the mac & cheese burnt ends. What I wanted to order wasn't on the menu but the lady who helped made it happen with no hassle. Great customer service. Can't wait to take my wife here.

The ribs are cooked so tender and glazed just right. If you want fall off the bone ribs, this is the place to go! We also had the red potatoes too and they are nicely seasoned.

The food was excellent but it's tough to overlook how dirty the place was. The kitchen is clean but the dining area was pretty gross. It's not that big of an area either and I can't imagine that it would take very long to push a broom through the place once in a while.

I got the rib sandwich it was amazing it would be 5 stars but my grandfather got the brisket and it was hust fat and no meat so you need to work on that but for the most part service was amazing good job.

My husband and I have been wanting to try this but they are always sold out when we come through but now we know why!! They are amazing!! Came in and was greeted by owner with kindness and hospitality. He had us sample the brisket first thing and we ordered brisket sandwiches and they did not disappoint!! Highly recommend! Was so nice to have real bbq and friendly service. Will definitely be back!
