It’s a smoked salmon (lox) sandwich. It was really good! I was kind of worried because it says its a NY classic (on the menu it said this), and Cairo is obviously very far from NYC, so I wasn't sure how good it would be. But it was one of the best lox bagels I have had! I think since Cairo is so close to the ocean the fish is really good/fresh. I liked the grille in general, the decor was kind of weird though(there were a lot of grape vines/very tucson-y looking). The fries were soooo good, highly recommend the fries.

Nice cozy and quite restaurant . Salad bar was great, everything was fresh and presentable. Price is affordable and staff is courteous. Next time will try to order from their menu.

I'm sorry Google but I don't believe this place is open. My wife and I ate here many times before covid closed everything. The bread pudding was spectacular, I really miss it. Google lists open hours and a phone number. I called and the phone is disconnected. Yes, I did park near the Grill but I went to Bishop's Jewelry for a watch battery.

The food is excellent. I have never seen brussel sprouts on a buffet before and I sure would love to know how they made them. Everything on the buffet was piping hot or fresh and cold, as it should be. The restaurant is super clean and very enjoyable to visit. The service just doesn't get any better. I'll be back for sure.

The menu is limited, but I accept it is a common snare for new, small restaurants to try to do too much too quickly. We had the lunch buffet. The roast could have used a little more seasoning, and the fried chicken could have used less salt. The turnip greens and macaroni and cheese were very good. I ordered the peanut butter mini dessert, and apparently no one had done that before. Its preparation was poor and betrayed its frozen origins. Looking forward to eating here again next time I am in town.
