A home-y place ❤ Today was my first time going. The waitress at checkout was so sweet to me. The waiter who got my drink was a sweetheart. The waitress who came through and offered cornbread and desserts was so sweet and kind. Even the other customers were sweet to me. I'm 9 months pregnant (due any day now) and the gentleman and his wife beside me paid for my food!!!! 🥰 I thought the food was DELICIOUS. The sweet tea was SO good too. I cleaned both of these plates and honestly if they would've had cobbler or something sitting at the buffet I think I could've ate some of that too! I'll be back after my little one is born.
Mm mmm! Tasty buffet with a great price, enjoyed the meal and hospitality. Good fried chicken, beans, more beans, even more beans, and coconut cream pie! Thanks y’all.
This restaurant had some of the best down home food that I have ever had. The service was wonderful and workers were very friendly. God bless them all as they are working in 100 degree heat and no air. Hope they are able to get it fixed soon to give them some relief. We will definitely be coming back and recommend that everyone stop in

Don’t let the older exterior scare you away from the delicious southern home cooked food inside! We were staying in Cadiz for a couple days and had their dinner buffet one night and went back for their breakfast buffet the next morning. Pleasant staff. Would come again.
Visiting from out of town, and so glad we ran across this place! Our server was fabulous. The kids and my husband all got the buffet, which was full of all kinds of fantastic southern staples (skillet fried chicken, cooked greens, fried cornbread), and I had the patty melt, which I would definitely recommend.
We finished up with a slice of coconut cream pie that was obviously homemade - we've been fed plenty of store-bought restaurants pies this trip, but this one was the real deal.
A great local eatery!
Family dining. Had a buffet and salad bar with desserts along with a menu. Good food. The building could use some upgrades. Didn't like the fact that smoking was allowed inside the building either.
