Wendy's

Took 30 minutes to get my order in the drive thru, only 4 cars in the line! These hot fries better be worth it! Haby and plugee are the best workers in this place! Update: just left drive thru, fries are barely warm, not worth the wait and will not return to this location, not the first time this has happened. By far the worst place in Cabot, Ar! The line is always a mile long “7 cars deep” not because of the fries being made hot to order, The fries look like the commercial cold and greasy and taste like your drinking vegetable oil, because management doesn’t know how to run this location! I know there is much trouble in today's world. These people need better training than they are truly given. I placed my order 30 minutes before I arrived, it wasn't touched to be made until almost 30 minutes after I arrived. The only really great person was the man working the register. He was kind and courteous to everyone stuck in that line there were only four inline when I arrived. It's sad, I thought the Sherwood location was the only location that had this problem...

If I have to eat fast food, I'm pretty selective on venues, but Wendy's is in the top 3. Unfortunately, this Wendy's was one of the worst that I've experienced. Despite being served with a tray that had a dying fly on it, the meat on all of the patties was overcooked and dry, served right up with undercooked fries. Maybe I'll chock it up to a day the crew just wasn't on their game, but I wouldn't recommend stopping at this spot anytime soon.

Hit or miss quality; fresh fries 50% of the time with entrées taking a backseat. Unfriendly and unhappy staff pretty much a guarantee. Old food and slow service with a side of apathy readily available. Long waits and lines at drive-thru during peak hours to be expected. Check your bag for incomplete and/or mangled order without fail.

Ordered a baconator meal with 2 sugar cookies and the cookies were so old they crumbled when you touched them and my burger was so greasy it tasted straight like grease! I gave 2 stars because the fries were fresh plus the kid at the window was telling someone in the back that they never wash there hands so I’m not going back after that

We chose to dine in - about 3 other people dining in and only about 3 cars in drive thru lane. All the tables in the dining room were dirty, and people behind the counter standing around talking after we got our food. Would expect this if there was a crowd. No one ever came out to clean tables or sweep before we left.
