Waffle House

I'm from Cali and a first time visitor to the Waffle House. I was delighted with the prompt and warm service and quite pleased with the quality of food. I wish California had Waffle House restaurants. It's unfortunate we have to settle for substandard service and lack of quality at establishments like IHOP and Dennys. Thanks again for the wonderful experience!

One star review is strictly for management, I came in and the store was going just fine but as I was waiting on my order, employees were doing a fine job, everyone was on task n seemed to be in a decent mood but the manager (it was a Tuesday midday shift) had a horrible attitude towards everyone setting a terrible mood for the crew, Being someone who's worked in food this person obviously takes being a manager as she can do what she want while still expecting crew members to just work with it and still do the right thing even when their manager won't. Management should be setting the example on how the shift should go and she obviously doesn't care about the example she sets.

Very sweet staff and the food was great! I accidentally locked my keys in the car and while I waited on roadside they were really nice and even offered to help if they could! When my son got restless they brought put crayons and a coloring page. They were all so nice and kind! Definitely will be going back!!
