Nice little place that will remind you of a Sprouts or Whole Foods. They have lots of varieties of dates, my favorites where the ones with pecans on them. Try their date shake while you are there too, it’s not too sweet but mild in taste.
We came to Hadley’s Fruit Orchard to shop at the store and came to the Cafe. We had the breakfast sandwich with sausage, cheese and egg on a English muffin. It was reasonably priced at $3.50 each and freshly made. The come dry and I added mayonnaise and ketchup to mine. They were good! I had Vanilla Latte and my wife had a triple berry blended drink, we both enjoyed our drinks too. The latte came out of machine and you get free refills. The blended drink was freshly made.
The date shakes are a MUST! in addition to having a great little place for food and drinks they also have a store all sorts of different nuts, candies, licorice in fruity flavors, and other essential road trip snacks. They were not really crowded, and had large clean bathrooms as well!
Affordable pricing. Great selection. Date shakes are delicious. Panini machine wasn’t working and that was the only bummer. Maybe owner will consider having more than one in case they break or malfunction. The market has a wide variety of items. Some novelty gifts too. Good wine selection. Grocery bags cost $0.10 each. Bring your own bag. But hey, what’s a dime anyway? Worth the stop. Hardly any wait to order.
Definitely come here... Nuts, Honey 🍯, jellies and jam's, souvenirs, fresh pressed juice... So many goodies. Don't leave without a Date Shake, better yet buy two or three. We bought one and we should've bought two! Can't walk out without spending minimum $50
A great place to stop when traveling thru the desert on Interstate 10. The bathrooms are clean and clearly marked. If nothing else you must try the date shakes, with or without bananas. (I prefer without.) You can get a meal if you like. The store is filled great choices. Dried fruits and nuts. A bakery. Great candies, cheeses and produce. It's a must when traveling this stretch of California highway.
If u have never been here you need to come check it out. They have so much intresting foods and snacks that it's hard to choose what to buy. And they also have souvenirs that are personalized with names or initials. And while your there you have to absolutely try the banana date shake. You won't be sorry. Get a large
