Based on a recommendation visited last night. Exactly as described, felt as though I had gone through a time portal. Has the vibe of an old dive bar that I remember well in my younger years. Difference here is they kept the atmosphere while clearly putting a lot of capital into the establishment. While there are many outstanding South Shore bar pizzas, The Trading Post just became my favorite. What stood out to me was the quality of the ingredients, a notch(or two) above the rest. Drove nearly an hour to get there but was worth every minute. Another notable observation was the service was fantastic. I felt like Norm Peterson within minutes at the bar. This is how you build a strong and loyal customer-base. Well done.

Love this cozy hideaway with spectacular pizza. Hard to find places like this these days. If you like pizza, youve gotta go. The pepperoni, riccotta, hot honey is true happiness. Ask for it laced if you like crispy edges. South shore bar style. 👍👍

Absolutely iconic spot. Right over the bridge, incredible and lacy pizza, and frosty glasses filled with the coldest beer in the union. Seriously, the pizza is so good that you can take down a whole bar pie no problem. Beers and cheap and come in frozen glass. I feel like no one doesn’t that anymore? What a treat.
The vibes are great with a U-shaped bar, pool table, and plenty of TVs around the bar.

First time here and pleasantly surprised. Family pub atmosphere. Delish single serve pizzas. We ordered 4 different ones to share, all wonderful.

Always crowded, busy busy, The food has always been good, I just wish they had a couple of the old items on the menu.. like clam chowder, stuffed quahogs and a fried seafood plate. Other than that I love their burgers, wings and hand cut fries.

Met a friend for lunch today. Two good pizzas and four cold beers. Busy understated place. Like the good old days. Service was great. Got two pizzas to go. Saw a so so review for the fish and chips. Didn't see that on the menu. Must have been long ago?

Love it! The place was packed on a Tuesday which is great to see. Great atmosphere, and the pizza was delicious; exactly what we expected for a true South shore bar pizza!

Yesterday I finally tried the pizza from the trading post after hearing everyone raving about it Hands down this was the best pizza I have ever had and I’m very picky with pizza It was so delicious I ended up eating the entire pizza by myself It’s now the next day 6:45 am and I’m already thinking about going back soon for another. Totally addicted
