Came here on a date with my Girlfriend. Her and I were not disappointed. Huge portions. The bread was fantastic. Good prices and drinks.

If I could give a 10 out of 5 stars on all of the above I would. We were a party of 12 without reservations, but it was about 2 pm, so it wasn't too busy, within 5 minutes they had us in a lovely dining room, with a fantastic waitress, Sarah. They came out with the most delicious Italian bread, hot from the oven, with real whipped butter. Sarah made fast work of getting us all our drinks and giving us the perfect amount of time to be ready to order. The food was out of this world, the portions were very large. I had baked haddock it was so flaky and delicious. The dessert menu looked great, but we were all way too full, maybe next time!
I also loved looking around in the lobby, at all the family memories pictures and scrapbook kind of stuff.

We had an amazing experience at Mezza Luna.We sat at the bat and our bartender Cassie was awesome. She has a great personality and a wonderful sense of humor. The service and food was awesome and so was the atmosphere. I would highly recommend this place. My husband and I were very pleased and satisfied with everything.

Convenient Location right on Main Street in Buzzards Bay. They have a Prime Rib nights on Wednesday and Sundays; so I ordered that. Nice flavor, dessert was grapenut pudding. Also had Chicken Saltimbocca. The atmosphere is very Italian. Service was top notch.

Mezza Luna in consistently excellent. The meal started with some nice soft fresh hot bread and also ordered the arrranchi it was stuffed with sausage peas and prosciutto and it was scrumptious. I ordered the surf and turf which comes with a soup or salad and this is something most restaurants don't offer anymore,but the minestrone really had great flavor and was like a meal in itself. The prime rib was cooked perfectly and seasoned just right and the shrimp were very large with homemade stuffing. The whole meal was great. It is nice to go to an establishment that has been in business for so many years and I can understand why they take good care of there customers and provide such a quality meal at a very affordable price. The bartenders were very friendly and also very attentive.

This restaurant came highly recommended to us. We were on our last day of vacation in the area and it was my husband's birthday so we decided to try it. It is a very busy restaurant and reservations are preferred. We were so lucky that we were able to be seated without having a reservation. The person that sat us told us that we were going to have the best meal we've ever had, and she was right.
I got Chicken Piccata and I could not believe the portions! It was so delish. I could not stop eating. My husband got baked lasagna with a side of meatball. He said it was the best he's had. In fact, he enjoyed this restaurant over the North End restaurants we visited at the beginning of our vacation. My oldest daughter got chicken and broccoli, again huge portions! And my youngest got a giant hotdog off the kid's menu.
The chicken and vegetable soup was so delicious as was the fried mozzarella. We were stuffed!! My oldest daughter lives in the area, so she was the lucky one that got to take home all the extra food.
The atmosphere and the excellent service rounded out this amazing dining experience. I will be dreaming of this outstanding restaurant all the way from Florida.

Delicious food served very quickly and HOT! Amazing homemade bread. Was seated rather quickly on a Sunday afternoon even though the restaurant was packed! Friendly and helpful server. Will definitely return again!

Five stars based on service alone. Our server incredibly accommodating and friendly. The food was solid. Our fruti de mare had a good amount of seafood in it but the red sauce was just a bit too thin for our liking. Still, the flavor was good.

Delicious food in a very ambient setting. The Eggplant parmigiana is just fantastic. The pasta was al dente and both Alfredo an marinara sauces are great. But do save room for desserts! I tried the molten chocolate cake and wished I could eat more. The cocktails are also refreshing and I liked the salad too.

Friendly service and delicious (huge!) portions. This place was very busy with families enjoying Saturday night dinner or birthday parties. The classic American-Italian ambiance was exactly what we were looking for. The complimentary bread was delicious and our entrees came with a soup or salad.
Our favorite dish was the mussels with linguini but we also enjoying the stuffed mushrooms and chicken Marsala special.
