Very cold in there! Unable to use my bonus points since they changed the app. Very disappointed. No one seemed to know how to help. Very expensive for just a sandwich!

My favorite place for subs in Butler. Particularly love the Engineer sub, very fresh and tasty. Clean restaurant, friendly staff. Not the least expensive sandwich shop around but good quality.

They were a little slow, but they were busy, and I eealize they are not fast food. Great sandwiches. The Captain Sorenson dating pepper sauce is unique, just barely spicy, but adds great flavor.

It was my first time there and everything was delicious made fresh and a really well-trained and friendly staff!

It wasn't crowded, but it took quite a while to get our subs. Also needing a bathroom key for an inside bathroom in a strip mall is really unusual.

Service was friendly, but incredibly slow. I'm not sure if they're short staffed, or what. The food was good, but not worth waiting 20+ minutes for a sub.
The restaurant was clean and tidy, so that's a plus but it'll be a while before I go back - only due to the length of wait for food.

I liked the food. Just do not like ordering online, if you edit the size it erases any customization you make, and are better off starting over..

My husband got me hooked to this place a few weeks ago. Their subs are so delicious. It’s not like any subs I ever had. The taste it’s just so amazing. The employees r very friendly and seem to always hav a smile on their faces. Very welcoming. Awesome job everyone. This is my go to place now for when we go to Butler. 😊

Order was done one time. It was a very good sandwich. Done just right. I was greeted as soon as I came. Place was clean. The only thing that was bad, was I had to ask for a key to the restroom.

Had multiple different subs , like the steamer and the Engineer. This was my first time having the chili which was good . Only available for take out right now so it empty inside but food was still great
