There is a dude that works at night. Don't know his name but he has dreads and tats. He's a really nice young man. I went up with Covid a couple nights ago and he brought my pizza out to my car. The time before, I wanted lemonade and he went in the back and found one for me.

I'm changing my review from 1* to 5* because of the amazing service the gentleman at the register gave. He held a conversation and gave us our food fast. Pizza was actually good.

Manager, a female is grumpy and unhappy. Makes you feel like you are bothering her. Will go back for pizza, but I won't be happy to see her. They are very busy so she should be happy.

It's take out only, no dine in, but great pizza especially for the price. I just wish they were open a tad later. Regardless, the people are genuine, polite, and work hard.

Employee was very NICE HOWEVER , it did take a little long (not too bad) ! the person who came in AFTER ME literally TOOK MY PIZZAS and WALKED OUT!! They just LET HIM take them! To be fair it seemed to be hectic for the nice employee who did not have enough help. The pizza is good!

I would give 5 stars but I usually have a 6 people wait when I go in here and I usually only want a cheese hot and ready pizza but there are never any ready!
The last time I stopped by, I pre ordered through their app and was in and out. I think that's the way to go from now on.

Caesar's deep dish is by far the champion of chain pizza stores. The 5 dollar pizzas are on par with literally every other stores $5 pizza. The staffing goes through cycles. They will have a great staff, everyone vanishes without a trace and a new staff appears. The new staff will struggle and flounder a bit, then they become pretty great just before they vanish and the cycle starts again. It's like Saturday Night Live, only sadly more tragic. I don't know if everyone quits, or is fired or what. I know a lot of people I liked seeing in there have mysteriously stopped working there at the same time as most of the rest of the store, and I am always suspicious. I hope they treat their people right.

My customer service was great! The place was very busy so I had to wait 35 minutes for my pepperoni pizza, but it was pretty good when I finally got it. I don't blame the staff for not having hot n ready's because they were very short staffed. The franchise owner should hire more people. Yes it would cost more but it would pay off with more satisfied customers. Overall my experience was pretty good.

There have been times I would agree with many other reviews on this post, but I had a great experience with the service I received last night. The staff was courteous and polite. They double checked the order and made sure I was pleased with what I had purchased. That's what I'd expect from most pizza shops. No complaints here.
