Hidden inside the Butler Walmart is a perfect place for the perfect cheesesteak! Hands down the best cheese steak I've had in a long time! Always cooked to perfection and plenty of bang for your buck. They do not slim down the meat like most places. If the Old School comes back again, I highly recommend it! Until then, my go-to is the bacon three cheese steak.
Staff and service is always friendly and accommodating.
Only four star for atmosphere due to it being in Walmart... But the restaurant itself is great.

We visited the butler Walmart Charley's today to pick up dinner after a day out. The cashier, Nick, was incredibly pleasant during the transaction and made it a good visit! Service was very quick and delicious as always! We will return!!!

I miss them being in the Mall. The workers seemed to have so much fun there and was much friendlier. Now they look miserable and unhappy. Even so, the Chicken California with a strawberry lemonade is always excellent.

As a driver for DoorDash and Uber Eats I personally love this location. They are ready to pick up 90% of the time which is a lot better than any restaurant in the area. They have a lot of really good workers. I should disclose I worked for the Charley's up at the Outlet Mall in Grove City about a decade ago (same food not sure about affiliation) and they were awful, but this place has some of the hardest workers and customer service here is genuinely good. I don't review the food because to me the food is almost all the same at most restaurants it's the level of competency of the staff that'll make a good restaurant experience I've found personally. This place is highly competent!

I used to buy from Charley's CONSTANTLY when I worked in the mall. Super excited to see the restaurant is back. Since moving out of the city, I've been guilty of making special 30min drives just to get Charley's. If you haven't tried the Chicken California,...... You need to get your life together.

Have been here 3 times at this location since they moved in, and each time we have been surprised at how great the service and food is. The regular cheesesteak sandwiches are all I had tried until this time, and they were so good I kept getting them. This time, I took a chance and tried the Teriyaki Chicken Cheesesteak, and wow! 5 stars again.
The register staff is always polite and very friendly, the kitchen makes it fast, and brings your food with a smile. Finally, the decor is simple, but tidy and clean.
If you haven't tried this restaurant, do so if you want a fast and amazing sub!
