Nice, friendly, sort of "out of the way" Italian restaurant with reasonable prices. Delicious food. Big enough portions to take some home for the next day. Usually a choice of 3 or 4 different kinds of pasta. Daily specials are worth checking out. Their reservation policy changes quite often. At the moment, I think they only take reservations for parties of 6 or more. If you don't have a reservation, you'll want to get there before the place is filled up. They were briefly on Open Table, but no longer. The tiramisu is the only dessert (of about 6) made in-house, and I recommend it highly.

Have never had a bad meal !! Joes Salad and egg plant is to die for !! For my hubby and I its the only Italian place we go !!
We really need more restaurants like this in the area. Small, but very warm and friendly. Great classic Italian food and great service. We always enjoy this place.
I’ve said it before and I’m gonna say it again, Pepinos has the BEST chicken parm in the area. I picked up dinner last night and they started indoor service now as well. The dishes were piping hot my leg was burning as I was eating it. The pasta was super fresh and the gnocchi with vodka sauce is AMAZING. You can taste the homemade in every dish. The marinara sauce tasted absolutely fresh and the chicken was crispy with large portions. Also, the warm loaf of bread they give you is so freaking good. Yum. Located right in the Burtonsville Crossing shopping center (they are the only business in that lot). Check this place out, you won’t regret it!!
Talk about a diamond in the rough. Sadly this shopping center has seen better days, but thankfully Pepinos Kitchen is here. Awesome staff with even better food! Our family all had a great meal. Decour is a bit dated, but in the end it's the food that's sells! Highly recommended!
Serving mainly Italian-American fare, this place serves tasty, fresh, and attentive cooking that is satisfying and surprisingly good.
I was looking for a restaurant with good Italian food and Pepino's got high ratings - for a very good reason. The food, ordered for delivery, was outstanding. The fettuccine appeared to be homemade and the Alfredo sauce was silky, creamy, and flavorful, not gummy and thickened by flour. There were four pieces of thinly sliced and tender veal in the piccata and the sauce was full of caper deliciousness. The perfectly cooked vegetable medley of fresh broccoli, carrots, and cauliflower were deftly seasoned with olive oil and garlic. The order was accompanied by fresh baked bread. I am a very happy customer and Peppino's is my Italian restaurant going forward.
Staff is great. Food fluctuates. Some dishes we love. Some dishes are not as Italian as we would like. The service is the best. They take great care of us. They prepare the meals exactly as ordered. Plus, they remember you. It's a nice place.
It looks like the entire shopping center is abandoned, but this nice Italian restaurant is open and serves good pasta.
Amazing food and friendly service. Highly recommended.
This place has been around for as long as I lived in Burtonsville (30 sum years). It looks abandoned since the shopping center it’s in is 99 percent vacant. However, don’t be fooled. They have some of the best pasta in the area. I’m quite fond of the spaghetti and meat sauce. My only complaint is that I’m not too fond of their bread. It’s very doughy, but it always has been.
Best meal I've had in a long time, (included the appetizer, main course, salad, & chianti wine)! Excellent service. If I didn't live an hour away, I'd be there every week!
Delicious food and the nicest staff! The owners are always there and so friendly! Definitely recommend for fantastic Italian cuisine.
