Ihop

We got here and had to wait roughly 7 minutes to get a table, however it was busy so that is fine. We had to wait 9 more minutes to get a waiter, while 3 employees were just standing next to the doors talking to each other, laughing with each other. So roughly 16 minutes just to get our waiter. Once we ordered our stuff, we got our drinks roughly 17 minutes later, and the food was fine. Overall, 3/5. I don't really care about the time as the waiter was fine and the food was fine. Came back on February 13, 2022. Overall it was shorter and the food tasted better than last time. Changed the stars to 4/5.

It was fine at first and yes we took a min to look over the menu because it was redone since me and a friend have been there. once we had our menu shut service went down hill….she made eye contact with us but still Continue to serve other tables and while doing all of that belittling what looked like to be a new employee about kids size cups and wrong color drink felt so bad for the new girl didn’t catch our waitresses name since she didn’t even introduce herself… but she had glasses on and a pony tail with two scrunchies looked to be at somewhat of upper management since she belittles coworkers would save the time and go to Dennys and that place is gross at least you’ll get food tho…

Just left here this morning. Stood at the counter for 11 min and was not helped. One couple sitting down and seen one person in the back who totally ignored me when I waved at her. I decided to call and got no answer. Called back three times. Could hear the phone ring right in front of me. Won’t be going back!!!!!!!!
