They do a great job with specialty orders. We have dietary restrictions and they are taken seriously. It's very much appreciated since we really aren't eating out very much right now. They also are very clean, have an effective pickup process, and make a great tasting burger. Get Smashtots, you won't regret it!

Freaking badass food.. Juicy burger, love the smash fries, fried picked delicious. Service was on point, food came out quickly for being cooked to order. Hot and fresh like was expected. Restaurant was clean and well maintained.

The young blonde gentleman working on 12/19/20 @ lunch time worked the expedite window like a pro! He was extremely professional and managed the window very well. I can absolutely see him managing a full service kitchen someday. The food was great as usual! Will definitely be back in the future.

The food here is pretty good, but they are incredibly slow. Tonight, I placed an order online and ended up having to wait over 25 minutes past the pickup time I was quoted.
I witnessed another customer who had also been waiting for over 20 minutes be told, after waiting, that they were out of some of the ingredients to complete his order. This was followed by the cashier loudly complaining to customers about management and how much she had been asked to work lately. It wasn’t a great experience.

Decent burgers and fries - I liked the Twin Cities Burger myself, but the BBQ burger my daughter did not have nearly enough sauce. This is fast food like Noodle and Co. Is fast food - not as fast as you expect. Probably waited 10 minutes for 4 sandwiches and 2 fries at 5:30. Also more expensive than a normal fast food burger joint.

Probably one of the worst most unorganized restaurants in burnsville. Im a doordash delivery driver and if I get an order from this place I already know it's going to be late. The food is subpar at the most and overpriced. Please people for everyone's sanity stop ordering from this garbage establishment it's not worth it
