Wow the chicken is getting worse and with the cost of everything on the rise. You figure they would check there supplier and make sure they are getting nice product. Service was good . But the food quality is bad. The chicken wing was the size of half dollar. Wow the breast was very small . Wow and for the prices they charge. KFC go back to drawing board and look around you can lots better for your customers. 1

Good meal, nice staff. Check your order because they forgot a few things like the coleslaw with the 4 piece meal and our biscuits with our bucket.

Order 16 pieces meal than added 2 extra meals for the kids who wanted the tenders. Guess what i got when i got home? Chicken sandwiches they wouldn't eat so spent extra 10 bucks on each meal for what. And you ppl didnt answer your phone.

Incompetent people work here. They must be unable to read or unwilling to. They said I can't get a partial refund after they failed to give me my FULL ORDER, so I called corporate and reported them for theft and got my refund. I would not recommend anyone to go here.

ALWAYS have to airfry chicken the original recipe after buying it from Burlington, because chicken is often pink in the middle...can kill you...and its always soggy. But after recooked its good. Shame it costs me 50 bucks to come home and recook it EVERY time

This KFC used to be pretty rough, but they have bounced back recently. It's good to have a quality KFC back in town, I actively want to go there now. I really like the #10 big box personally, but the $5 fillups are great for most situations. I've had great/fast service lately, and had a great conversation with one of the employees Devon a few weeks back.

The employee who put this lid on did not look to see if the lid had issues before they put in the bag the gravy was all over the bag of food and my car seat. I always go here with great service but to night was not.
